The owner of this electronic shop is a sole proprietorship under the name TSOUPELI OLYMPIA – RANOL, based at Thesi Mpourmpoutsana, P.O.BOX 122 Koropi, P.C. 194 00 Athens, Greece. The VAT identification number (VATIN) of the company is EL 047 45 34 95, while the competent Tax Office is in KOROPI. The present terms of use govern transactions, purchases, returns, consulting services, the use of the data on the website, the protection of personal information and the safety and security of every user’s transactions.

At your entry or your registration with uraniagazelli.com it is deemed that you agree and unreservedly accept the present term and conditions of use. For this reason, you are asked to carefully read this text and in case you disagree or disagree in the future with part of all of the terms, you must immediately contact uraniagazelli.com .

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The copying, reproduction and use (partial or in whole) of the content for commercial objectives without the prior written consent of TSOUPELI OLYMPIA – RANOL is strictly prohibited. The copying and storing in digital format of the informational material and photographs and only on a personal computer not connected to a network is permitted so long as it pertains to personal and not commercial use.

PERSONAL DATA / PRIVACY

In order to make purchases on our website, you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided. This information will in no way be disclosed, transferred, or sold to a third party unless imposed by a Public Authority (court, etc.).

URANIA GAZELLI does not process or store any credit card information. All credit card transactions are performed in EveryPay’s secure platform accepting VISA-MASTERCARD-MAESTRO.

Our company shall process these data in accordance with article 7Α par. 1 (b) of Law 2472/1997, in order to complete the order placed by our customers and shall in no way disclose, publish or sell these data to any third parties, except in case a legal procedure regarding the withdrawal of confidentiality is initiated (L. 2225/1994) or according to other obligations arising from the national implementation of Directive 24/2006.

Uraniagazelli.com online store operates under the Greek and EU legislation and handles the personal data of the customers securely and responsibly for as long as you are subscribed to www.uraniagazelli.com e-shop.

 ORDERS

 All orders are shipped out of our factory in Koropi, Athens, Greece. Prices and invoices include the current official Greek VAT (Value Added Tax) and are denominated in euros.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. Our quality control check before dispatching an order might also prevent us from shipping a product that does not meet our quality standards, in which case you will be notified accordingly.

Uraniagazelli.com offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our factory.

Occasionally however, we may be waiting from the production some products, in which case the product will be tagged with the label “More Stock Coming Soon”. In this case you have the possibility of making an advance payment for an advance purchase by contacting our customer service. This will ensure that you receive this item in priority once our factory has stocked the product again at TSOUPELI OLYMPIA - RANOL. Your rights regarding an advance purchase are the same as those for any other purchase at uraniagazelli.com . Alternatively, you may simply choose to register your email address for notification of arrival of selected items not held in stock. In this case we will attempt to notify you by email within 48 hours of the product becoming available on the Site.

Please be aware that on occasion certain products that are in particularly high demand might sell out again by the time you receive our email.

Some of our products might be available upon request only, which means that we produce them only based on a customer’s specific order. In this case they will be tagged with the label “Pre-Order”. Pre-ordered items are Non-Returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights in case of a defective product.

Placing order through the uraniagazelli.com e-shop signifies that you enter into a distance selling agreement, which is governed by the legal frame of Law 2251/1994, as modified.

The information contained in these Conditions and the details contained on this website do not constitute an offer of sale, rather an invitation to treat. There shall be no contract between you and us in relation to any product until your order has been expressly accepted by us. If your offer is not accepted and your account has already been charged, the amount of the same shall be reimbursed in full.

 

 Cancelling or Changing an Order

For any order cancellation or change of address or payment, you may email info@uraniagazelli.com. This option is available until the moment that you have been informed of the shipment of your order by email. After this point no cancellations or changes to your order are possible.

URANIA GAZELLI does not process or store any credit card information. All credit card transactions are performed in EveryPay’s secure platform accepting VISA-MASTERCARD-MAESTRO-AMEX-DINERS. Our eshop has taken every security precaution to encrypt and secure your credit / debit card transaction.

The amount charged to the account of the sole proprietorship of TSOUPELI OLYMPIA should correspond to the exact amount of your order. Any bank charges should be covered by the customer.

Please reference your order number in your payment to avoid delays. Also note that your order will be processed as soon as your payment is cleared, which might take up to 2 working days depending on bank procedure. Alternatively, you can send your payment confirmation to info@uraniagazelli.com for immediate processing of your order, writing in the Email Theme Section the word “Transactions”.

  

RETURN POLICY

Should you wish to return an item, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund for full priced goods provided you request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. Your item must then be returned to us within 7 days after you request a return.

All items must be returned in perfect condition and with the original packaging. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are scratched, damaged or not in their original packaging.

URANIAGAZELLI.COM reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online and in the Return Instructions accompanying an order. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.

•          Product exchange

Items can be exchanged for a similar size or an alternative style, only if the other item returns solid, without any scratches or proof of using it. 

•          Store Credit

Store credit can be used on a future order within 3 months of the return.

•          Refund

Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted. Refunds can only be remitted to the initial credit card, Paypal or bank account used for paying for the order. Processing time may vary depending on the bank or credit card company. 

Returns will not be accepted for items that have been on sale, or have been labelled NON-RETURNABLE in the product description. These are usually seasonal or customizable items “bespoke” for which we are unable to accept returns.

RETURN FEES

Shipping and handling charges paid on your original shipment are non-refundable, and these will be deducted from any money returned to you in the event you return one of our products. Please allow 5 working days once we receive your product for Urania Gazelli to process your return, plus allow for a further 5 days for banks to clear funds on your account.

If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Urania Gazelli. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.

Please note: We do not offer any exchange or refund on any Bespoke/Customized Bag orders.

* Returns for Items Purchased on Sale:

•          Free returns in Europe do not apply to items on sale. Return fee for sale items is the same as the original shipping fee.
•          Returns are not accepted for items purchased on sale from: USA, Canada, Mexico & Rest of the World.

Please note, where returns are free, this policy is limited to one exchange only.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Making a return or exchange is easy. Just follow these instructions and make sure you send your item(s) back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

•          You can email info@uraniagazelli.com within 7 working days of receiving your order.
•          You will then receive an email confirming your returns request and information about your compensation options. This email will also include your Returns Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to arrange your return collection.
•          Confirm your chosen compensation method.
•          To return your package to us, fill in the returns form and the courier return voucher enclosed. These must be included in your returned package.
•          Call the courier to arrange pick up and note that items must be returned within 7 days after receiving your RAN.
•          Once we receive and accept your returned package, we will contact you confirming receipt of your return.

FAULTY ITEMS & REPAIRS

We offer a complimentary repair service for 6 months from the day you purchased. Please email images of your product, including detailed images of the damaged area to info@uraniagazelli.com . Shipping and customs charges for returning the product will not be covered by Urania Gazelli.

If you have had a product for more than 6 months that requires a repair please follow the same process. We will then assess the work that is required and provide you with a quote and information on how to proceed.

Please note that we will require valid proof of purchase before we proceed with any repair.

All customized bags are made to order and it takes 15-25 days to be produced and will ship at that time..

The shipping costs above are those for 1 item only. Shipping cost for more than 1 item is noted during checkout procedure.

SALES TAXES AND DUTIES

Orders shipped outside of the European Union (EU) will be subject to custom taxes and duties.
This cost is the responsibility of the customer and is payable on receipt of delivery of goods. 
Please check carefully your local custom tax and duty costs. 

 

URANIAGAZELLI.COM shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond our control.

When the order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the status of your order.

Orders are delivered between 9 am and 5 pm. Please make sure that someone will be available to receive and sign for your delivery. In case no one is available for the delivery, the courier will leave a message with a contact number you must call to arrange for your redelivery.

Applicable Legislation and Jurisdiction

The use of our website and the product purchase contracts through our website shall be governed by Greek legislation. 
Any controversy that arises or is related to the use of the website or said contracts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek courts and more particularly The Courts of Athens.
If you are entering into the contract as a consumer, nothing in this clause shall affect the rights you have, as recognized in any applicable legislation in effect.

Terms Modification

We have the right to review and modify these Conditions at any time. You are subject to the policies and Conditions in effect at the moment in which you use this website or place each order, except when by law or decision of governmental entities we must make changes retroactively to said policies, Terms & Conditions or Privacy Policy, in which case the possible changes will also affect orders made previously by you.
